FAQs

Q?

Do I need to bring anything with me to the pharmacy?

A.

You will need your insurance card or your National Prescription Drug Plan Card if applicable. You will be asked to present your street address, telephone number and date of birth when applicable.

Q?

Can I get an early refill?

A.

You can only get an early refill if you are not using any insurance and if the drug is not a controlled substance. If you are using insurance, they only allow a 30 days supply at a time. If the drug is a controlled substance it is only to be refilled as directed by the doctor and not any sooner. The National Prescription Drug Plan does not allow early refills. You may get a refill every 30 days, when you have 2 pills left. If you have special circumstances please contact the NIB office.

Q?

How do I get a refill?

A.

As long as your prescription has refills on it, there are a few ways you can refill it for your convenience. You can call in your refill over the phone to one of our locations by providing your Rx number at the top of your box or bottle. You can order refills online on our website home page. You will need your full name, Rx number and location to be picked up at. You can also bring your old box or bottle into the pharmacy and present them to the pharmacist.
